We have visited several coastal resort areas on the Eastern Seaboard but none have been as cozy as the beach at Atlantic City, NC. We enjoyed 5 nights at the Peppertree Resort (we stayed two extra nights because we loved it so much). The accommodations were better than we had anticipated. Many of the units are new and several have been renovated.
There were several different pools and hot tubs and they were clean!
Everything you could possibly need was available, from board games to surf boards to tickets to the Aquarium and we took advantage of all of them.
There were play areas for the kids and even comfortable hammocks to relax and enjoy

the breeze coming in off of the Ocean. The resort is located a stone's throw from the beach and the staff will set up chairs and umbrellas for you and then take it down so all you have to do is walk 3 minutes from your condo. The beach was beautiful and the water was perfect. Our 15 and 10 year old kids enjoyed hours of body surfing and sandcastle fun.
Surprisingly our 3 year old never hit her usual wall because of all of the attention keepers the resort had to offer. When we were tired after the day's events, there were plenty of old style restaurants to choose from and the food and prices were consistent with the smaller town feel. The highlight of our trip was a 5 hour tour of the surrounding islands, light houses, and animal life on a local chartered fishing boat. The tour guide himself could have been handpicked for us. In the words of our children, it was "the best vacation ever!" That phrase and the silence we heard every night from their sleeping soundly because of the activities of the day, was music to their parents ears. Thanks to Back To Fun for the extra mile walked in making this one of the most memorable trips we have had in years.

Enchanted Island indeed. We had a wonderful 5 nights at the Gran Melia. We rented a car which enabled us to get around the Island very easily and less expensive. The Hotel was way out in the Western part of the Island, so having a car was a wise idea.
The 90 min. timeshare presentation went well; we really liked their facilities; however, we did not buy, and they were understanding and nice about it -- no pressure. The view from each of these units was breathtaking -- views of the ocean/bay. There were many tours, excursions and activities offered. Since we had a car we drove ourselves to the El Yunque National Tropical Rain Forest -- the only tropical rainforest in the U.S. Forest System, encompassing 38,000 acres with

over 240 species of trees as well as roaring waterfalls. We also visited Old San Juan and saw the many historical Spanish sites -- the free shuttle enabled us to see it all. Our visit to Luquillo Beach was delightful -- the water was warm and soothing.
The weather was perfect, and the Iquanas roaming the Gran Melia lawn were many and shy.

Our Cancun experience was amazing, The Gran Melia is beautiful and the staff pampers you at every turn. The Hotel District is as breathtaking as the Las Vegas Strip or Time Square. The Mayan Culture is thought provoking and engrossing. There are so many activities that are affordable and fun. We had only one day to veg on the beach, we did so many things. The cuisine is shockingly eclectic and affordable as well!!! I am not waiting long to go back to Cancun, Back to FUN!!!!!

I just wanted to thank you for the trip to Orlando it was greaaaat ! Everything went so smooth and our accomodations were beautiful. The best part of the trip was ,this was a surprise for my wife 20 years ! You could call it a 2nd honeymoon maybe. I would have never thought that going to Orlando as a couple would be much fun afterall we were minutes from all the great attractions and easy access to the Interstate. We have 2 teenagers and have only left them once in 12 years !!
( I know kind of crazy ) but we acted like Kids our selves . Visiting Universal City Walk, we saw the BLue Man Group, Downtown Disney, Arabian Nights Dinner Show and of course SeaWorld.

our trip special, and accomodated all my requests and added a few surprises to the package all doing this with out my wife knowing anything they keep good secrets Ex: not mailing the reservation to the house We are excited to book our next vacation and have equally as good of a time.
